Domestic violence, or family violence, is violent, abusive or intimidating behaviour in a relationship. It can include emotional, sexual, social, financial, spiritual and physical abuse. If you’ve been affected by domestic violence, it’s important to know that it’s not your fault and it’s never acceptable. You have the right to feel safe, respected and supported in your relationships.
The DV support group offers people an opportunity to discuss their experiences with others who have shared similar experiences, and to learn from each other.
